Governance
An eight-member Executive Committee (four officers and four general members) governs the Foundation. It meets at least once a year, approves budgets, work plans and financial reports, and oversees programmes. Three authorised signatories operate the bank account: the Chairperson, the Board Secretary and the Treasurer.

Our Safeguarding Policy has been in force since 2 July 2024 and binds all staff, volunteers and partners. Everyone signs an Acknowledgement and our Code of Conduct.
